Job Description:
I. Position Objective
Responsible for Order Flow & Ownership of orders in ASAP/MSS, M4 and M6 for complex services.
II. Position Activities
1. Work all updates to orders w/in 24 hours that have not yet been released.
2. Participate in providing Process and Procedure materials to all Sales Reps.
3. Assist sales partners in escalations to obtain Address Validations and CSR's
4. Monitor MSS Queues, work rejected orders w/in set intervals.
5. Support New and Existing Customer Orders.
6. Assist in keying orders into Express, Remedy, M4, M6 and ASAP, as needed.
7. Must be able to work Over Time when required.
III. Planning Activities
Perform workload and prioritization as delegated by direct manager for duties and tasks in order to meet quota given by management.
IV. Problem Solving Activities
-Gather data from outside Windstream from a set of complex systems to accurately process orders.
-Routine assimilation and interpretation of information, business rules and data.
V. Job Complexity
Extensive knowledge is required in MSS, ASAP, M4, M6. Knowledge of Express and Remedy is preferred as well as knowledge of our product offerings.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
5
years experience, 3 related to the job. College hours or degree may be considered for experience as deemed appropriate
Relative/average product knowledge
Relative/average project coordination expertise and skills
Relative/average knowledge of internal and external provisioning functions and responsibilities
Relative/average knowledge of internal WIN processes
Ability to escalate effectively with little assistance from manager
Education:
