Sharepoint Technical Specialist

The associate will design, manage, and administer Merchandise Information deliverables using SharePoint, Outlook, Microstrategy, and similar enterprise applications. The associate will ensure that the Merchandising and Planning organizations have the right tools, access, and training with respect to data and information they require. The associate will advocate Information Delivery standards and tools in an effort to increase efficiency, reduce reporting clutter, and improve communication and collaboration between organizations.

Focus of role is IT support to Merchandising Dept. This person will design, manage, and administer Merchandise Information deliverables using SharePoint, Outlook, Microstrategy,

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage Information Delivery initiatives from conception to deployment across IT, Merchandising, and other contributing organizations. Develop and Support cross-collaborative Information Delivery projects such as AP Reporting, JBP, CSR, Supplier Score Cards, Weekly Performance Reporting, and the MMR. Analyze, coordinate, and validate business and project requirements for solutions deployed in: Lead training and information sessions regarding ID tools (IMC Dashboards, etc) for users and stakeholders/decision makers Assist site owners in the maintenance and enhancement of team sites while advocating best practices Recommend process improvement opportunities for development and production and assess business benefits and risk Support all application requirements to adhere to clients regulatory, compliance and security requirements, coordinating with IT Risk Management. Accountable to on-time, accurate delivery of projects, SLAs for recurring reporting, and customer service
