Concrete Superintendent

We are seeking Experienced Superintendents in Commerical or Industrial Concrete.
Job Duties included:
Control and Manage concrete scope of work and project schedule
Plan material needs
Ensure supplier delivery dates
Schedule, coordinate and oversee company employees and subcontractors
Complete all safety paperwork, daily timesheets, pour logs, sign vendor tickets
Attend jobsite meetings as required
Complete onsite safety meetings with employees and subcontractors
Ability to read and understand blue prints and additional plans
Follow and assure compliance with required submittals
Ensure expenses and labor are utilized properly to meet budget requirements
Other duties as required
Pay based on Experience(base salary) - vehicle, technology & health allowances beyond base salaryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
