Plumbing Contractor for New Residential Construction C&C Plumbing is a growing residential contractor looking to add a valued internal team member.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with duties that include:
providing support to office employees and crews in the field, assisting in daily office clerical needs, preparing reports, and maintaining electronic/physical records.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to organize their work using current technological tools, and have a strong willingness to learn.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is strongly encouraged.
Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant would ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities Efficient communication internally and externally Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Data entry in operational systems Maintain and order office supplies Provide general support to visitors Monday-Friday:
Full Time Close up warehouse/shop Requirements Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and computers Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task High School Degree or equivalent Strong consideration for applicants bilingual in Spanish Job Type:
