We provide product and service information, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure quality service standards that maintain customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Maintain and update various documents/emails, with accuracy, that adds to the continued satisfaction of escalated customer situations.
Provide detailed communication to necessary parties within the organization when prompted.
Provide ongoing feedback on current processes within our Support Center.
Any other tasks assigned by your Supervisor.
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

WORK ENVIRONMENT The Corporate Support Center hours are from 7 AM to 9 PM typical office conditions.
Current hours of Operation are 7 days a week, 7:
30 AM to 9 PM, 364 days a year.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
