Our company, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our teamThis is a permanent position that will see the successful candidate managing and overseeing a variety of water and wastewater projectsYou will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsYou will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and scheduling to final execution and closeout.
Responsibilities:
1Leading and managing water and wastewater construction projects from inception to completion.
2Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
3Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to design and implement effective water and wastewater treatment facilities.
4Ensuring all projects comply with relevant health and safety regulations, as well as environmental policies.
5Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to ensure smooth project execution.
6Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans.
7Identifying potential project risks and developing contingency plans.
8Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
9Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
10Continuously improving project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
1A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in water/wastewater projects.
2Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
3Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes and facilities.
4Excellent understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
5Proficient in using project management software and tools.
6Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
7Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems.
8Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
9Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
10Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
