The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and can handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff.
Answer incoming calls and take messages.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
