We are currently looking to hire in a customer service representative to work at our Charlotte location.
Duties will include:
- answering incoming calls - making outbound calls to schedule customers - engaging with customers that bring their unit into our shop - keeping in contact with entire CSR team via TEAMS An ideal candidate will have had experience working in customer service/call center style work, be familiar with the Charlotte and be quick to learn the online systems.
