Our medical practice, is looking to hire the best possible fit for our patient intake staff.
This is an active, fast paced medical practice that helps patients lose 8-10 pounds a month using medically guided treatments.
Greet clients and provide excellent customer service.
Telephone
Experience:
Answering phones enthusiastically and assist clients efficiently.
Follow telephone scripts for all inbound phone calls from prospective clients.
Must be punctual and flexible to change.
Desire to work in a cutting edge company in a cutting edge industry.
Resourceful, energetic, takes initiative, polished, and high attention to detail.
Collect and validate client's personal and financial information.
Confidentially maintain patient charts and electronic medical records.
Collecting and client deposits and payments.
Accurate end of day Z-out.
Faxing, scanning, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned.
Bilingual is a plus.
Medical experience is NOT required, but you must understand HIPAA and it's importance to be considered.
Work-Life Balance! 30-32 hours per week typically over a 4 days work week.
30 hours per week is considered full time.

This location will be the primary work location but you must be able to cover our other office when needed.
