As the Lead Auditor, Technology, you will be responsible for conducting audits that evaluate the established internal controls designed to manage the company's most significant risks.
This position will assist the audit project manager in the planning of individual audits, developing test steps to evaluate controls, and gathering/analyzing information as necessary to evaluate the effectiveness and adequacy of the controls.

Day to day management of audit projects to ensure they are conducted in accordance with the audit methodology and that milestone dates are met, and projects are completed on time Perform preliminary audit plan, which includes documenting processes via process maps and flowcharts Identify key control points within a process and develop audit test steps and the documentation of the related workpapers to support conclusions reached Assist with interpreting test results Collaborate to develop and deliver communication of audit results to the client Prepare draft process level risk assessments to identify significant risks and their related controls Review the work (audit planning documents, test plans, workpapers, draft reports) of other senior and staff auditors for quality and to ensure departmental standards are followed What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent related work or military experience 4 years of internal/external audit experience or relevant business experience Intermediate understanding of IT applications, processes and controls It'd be great if you also have:

years of internal/external technology audit experience Master's degree in business related field SOX audit experience Availability to travel up to 10% of the time Proficiency with retrieving, organizing and analyzing data CPA, CIA or CISA Strong time management and organizational skills We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
