Ideal applicants will be self motivated and ready to learn.
The position would be primarily patient (customer) service with related office duties.
Secondarily, the position requires hands on patient care.
Customer service experience is a plus, but a positive and cheerful attitude is a requirement.
Duties will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, verifying insurance and managing a patient recall system.
Must be computer proficient, able to multi-task, and have a willingness to learn new skills.
Compensation depends upon experience.
Daily Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Check phone messages and emails Set up daily sheets for doctors Verify payments Follow up with patient scheduling Process claims Follow up with personal injury cases Track inventory Provide claims tracking sheets daily Process billing and rectify aging report Maintain CA certification Hands-on patient care Weekly/monthly meetings with all staff Executive Assistant for the Doctors (task management) Job Type:
