Your primary duties will include:
DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes Providing information about dealership amenities, and transportation options Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner Coordinating with other dealership departments to fulfill guest needs Maintaining a clean and organized service area Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Front desk experience in a hotel or similar setting Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Proficiency in handling guest services software and systems Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards Multilingual abilities are a plus Effective time management and organizational skills If you are a friendly, detail-oriented individual who enjoys helping others, we would love to hear from you.
